In my airtel number 9589216380 your company started hello tune...due to this my balance is goes on in minus (Rs. -14.55)...
Regarding above subject when i talk to your customer service center no. 121 and i said him to talk to me his senior then he told presentely senior is not available ... and he told he cant do any help regarding my complaint he can only deactivate hello tune service not able to refund balance...
I just want to say you that return my balance as soon as possible ...
