A few days later I noticed a charge of $78.93 on my bank statement. I called the phone number (866-363-4888) and spoke with Ryan Cole. I explained to him that I only ordered the "free" trial. He told me I didn't cancel within the 14 days. I said I had just received the package a few days ago. He said that didn't matter, it wasn't within the 14 days. He continued to argue with me concerning a refund. I told him I was going to notify the attorney general and at that point he said he could only refund $40.00 because the system wouldn't allow the full refund. Imagine that.
