Respected sir/madam,
I was going to each of these cleaners until I get a pair of slacks back and there are several stains or what I think is burn marks. I take them back and the owner says that I brought them in that way and he was not responsible. He didnt even have the guts to call me himself and made a counter cleark tell me when I return. Horrible customer service and I am telling the world about Escalade Cleaners in Indio and Palm Desert.
