Consumers Original Complaint :
I sent for ordination documents and materials from WCM. When I received them I was VERY dissapointed in the quality & value of the items, especially those past the Ordination pack. I sent a letter explaining my position and asking for a partial refund. They refused and basically told me take what we sent you or send it all back! Afetr a few more emails trying to reach a middle ground they informed me that my ordination documents were being revoked because I had brought intimidation into the discussion by letting them know that I would be filing complaints! So now I had NO choice at all. I have returned everything and gotten my refund but I have completely wasted my time and feel that it is only fair that I share my experience with others. The materials that they provide are just plain old Xerox copies in black and white and they have the nerve to charge you $7 for 5 wedding certidicates that NO wife would want to display or frame (Just as on example) I have kept copies of all correspondence and have made a video unpacking and review of the materials I received and would be glad to share them. I will also be filing Indiana Attorney Generals and Federal Trade Commission complaints. This organization does NOT conduct itself as a business with good customer service OR as a legitimate Christian organization as they have no sense of forgiveness or justice when dealing with their customers. I will be asking my attoney generals office and the FTC to investigate WCM\\s standing as a legitimate Ordaining religion or body. To me this is nothing but a money making business that says We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, so you better not complain about what you paid for I will also be glad to share my experience and the video of their materials with youtube and ripoffreport. As I told WCM before I do not threaten or intimidate. I discuss and negotiate and I tell you, in advance, what I will do.
