Subject: Legal charges debited to society members for complaining against Society Management Committee.
I Pankaj Mewada residing at the about mentioned address would like to bring to your notice that our Society Management Committee has passed a rule stating that any memeber complaining against the Management committee would have to bear the expenses for which management committee spends/incure expenses against that members complain.
What I consider this is to be a threat in polite way that a society memeber cant complain against the society management committee, if he dares than he would be penalized by charging with heavy legal expenses debited to his account.
This is like obstructing the feedom of speech in a democratic country where a management committee can govern the society by their own rules and regulation.
Hence I request you to take a appropriate action on society members behalf and guide me with proper channel as to how a society member can complain against the Society Management committee.
