Respected sir/madam,
NEW SWEATER brought in for 1st time cleaning-came back with missing loop for hook closure & 2 small holes. Returned sweater for repair, repair not made, then was told that identical loop could not be found. I told \\Cindy\\ NOT to put on a different loop--& that I wanted to be refunded for the cost of the cleaning. She refused to comply, told me what I should do. The new loop that I didn\\t approve of is a different color than the others & NOT THE SAME SIZE OR SHAPE. They refused to give me my money back for the cleaning. I am reporting them -- after a warming in both English & Chinese that I would do this if they didnt refund the cost of the cleaning. I shouldve asked them to refund the full price of the new sweater. Receipts were attached to the letter I left with Cindy.
