I have been taking my standard poodle to this place for over two years and have always had her have a close shave with regular clippers. From the beginning, it was evident that the groomer did not take time to carefully groom our dog as she often had people waiting. She overbooked. As we live in an area where there are not many per groomers we decided to go along and hope that things got better. It did not. The last two clippings were sub-par. Last week, we picked up our per with a bleeding ear and bleeding toenail. The groomer dismissed it as a minor cut. How difficult is it to carefully use a pair of clippers? She refused to answer our calls or refund our money.
