Respected sir/madam,
Booked a hotel through Agoda - The Knightsbridge Green Hotel. Arrived only to find that my room was given away but the transferred me to a sister hotel or should I say bedsit in London. NEVER GO TO THE KNIGHTSBRIDGE HOTEL!. Called Agoda and after 30 minutes on the phone was told that they couldnt help and any compensation was down to the hotel to sort out; really not very helpful.
