my name is _( X), and im a victim of this visa agent that i found very irresponsible, not caring as they are before take money from you. JERRY_ who suppose to receive telephone call or feed back to your voice mail, she never does.
case managers phone you never get connected when you need them badly. even they are not serious about answering your mail!
i believe there are few qualified ppl there who are really good but you have to use microscope to find them.
i would suggest all the applicant not to go to this service centre .
its totally waste of time, money and energy.
