Respected sir/madam,
I was promised unlimited calling to India for $19.95 a month. Also, I was a charged a deposit of $38.95 and was told it is completely refundable. It worked fine the first two months. However, in third month, after I used few hundred minutes, I kept getting a message on the telephone line that said I did not have sufficient funds to make the call. I called the customer care to ask what was going on and was told that there was something wrong with their server and it should be fine the next day. But, it did not work until my credit card was charged the next time. This time, after I used it for about a week, it went out of funds and the same message kept playing. I called them and asked how many minutes were actually offered for $19.95, but the lady refused to tell me. So, I requested to cancel the service and asked to refund my deposit. I was told I would get a check for the amount in a few days but never got one. Its been about three weeks now.
