Damaged my gown but totally denied
Respected sir/madam,
This spade dry-clean shop charges the most expensive & assumed they r the best in shanghai. Who knows, they r the worst people I\\ve ever met...
I brought my very expensive ¥100000 over gown to dry clean & they returned me with a torn & damaged dress.
They didn\\t even tell.
