Respected sir/madam,
Dear Sir/Madam\r\n\r\nI paramjit kumar,booked a eticket from IRCTC who\\\\s details are as per given below:-\r\n\r\nPNR Number: 2116748141\r\nTicket Type: eticket\r\nTransaction ID: 0308421577\r\nBooked On: 13-2-2011\r\nClass: SL\r\nDate Of Journey: 09/3/2011\r\nRailway Zone: ECR\r\nBank: SBI Debit\r\nTotal: Rs 365.00\r\nTicket Charge: Rs 355.00\r\nTrain No: 12402\r\nFrom Station: NEW DELHI(NDLS)\r\nQuota: General\r\nTo Station: PATNA JN(PNBE)\r\n\r\nthe train was canceled due to some reason bt my money was not refunded to my account.Then i filed a TDR to IRCTC on against of it and they tell me to wail for 30 to 90 days.the details of TDR is given below :-\r\n\r\nReason For TDR: Train Cancelled\r\nTDR Status: CCM Registered\r\nReference No: ekt2011032302326568\r\nTDR Zone: ECR\r\nTDR Filing Date: 23-Mar-2011\r\nRefund Status: Refund under Process\r\nRefund Date: Not Available\r\nRefund Amount: Rs.0.00\r\n\r\nnow its over 90 days bt still there is no action taken on this on 05/07/2011.\r\ni also mail a reminder mail to \\\"tdrprocess@irctc.co.in\\\" on 01/07/2011.IRCTC give me a number of ECR ZONE \\\"06224277211\\\",but every time i call some one pick the phone but not response over there.\r\nNow m really tired of doing this,so its my kindly request to you to pls help me.\r\n\r\nRegard\r\nParamjit kumar\r\nPhone number-8882195997\r\nemail id-hotncoolparam@gmail.com
