I believe that Dr. Mark Schwartz was thoughtless to mention in Star Magazine of how Casey Anthony can have plastic surgery to change her identity and appearance. When you change your appearance and do not look like yourself anymore it is a real nightmare and will cause serious emotional amd mental damage. Most plastic surgery is very primitive and involves causing lumps under the skin to puff out the skin or placing implants that can most likely be felt under the skin too and look awful. Any imaginary benefits of plastic surgery are usually due to comparing a flattering after photo to an unflattering before photo.\r\nThis Doctor, who I assume is in his 50s and is the one in need of surgery, has no right to talk about a 25 year old having any type of facial plastic surgery!
