Respected sir/madam,
Been with this company for many years, previously known as UH Hosting. Last year quality of service went right downhill. I told the owner on his own support forum that I would not be renewing again. Despite that they sent an email reminder that renewal fee would be taken. I replied to that email that I did not want to renew. Money was taken anyway and I emailed again saying I didn\\\\t want the service and could I have a refund. No refund yet desite many email requests.
