I bought these uggs boots online from a site that looked like it was a believeable website, but i should have followed the url back to uggs, and it did not. i ordered them, next day looked and website disappeared...no contact info and i saw they were a company with a complaint against them by Decker\\\\s--the uggs aust. people. i had used a checkcard, so my bank made me jump through some hoops, but i persevered and got my money back and it was settled in around a month. My bank said that the company might not even ship anything, but those unscrupulous louses did. hopefully, you can see the attached pics and that they are horrible fakes. i even tried them on, but i could not walk in them! it was laughable...and they smelled awful, like the worst, most toxic fkg chemicals. you can SEE that it is not real sheep fleece, the overall shoddiness of the materials and workmanship is appalling. Look how poorly they copied the bottoms. thankfully, the local postmaster sent them back for me--no charge.
