Respected sir/madam,
Date - 16/8/2011\r\nOrder No.- ARCGBX\r\nI canceled a flight on 24/6/11, they said i\\\\ll receive the refund amount in 25-30 days!!!...As in they need 1 month to make money just to refund for a single filght.\r\n\r\nIts been more than 50 days and they are just not willing to give the amount back.\r\nAfter multiple requests (telephonic & emails), they have not refunded the money for the canceled ticket. It is a harassment talking to them to get the refund - as they can bang the phone or wont come on the phone. Also whenever you call them its either their lunch time or some STUPID break time!!!
