Respected sir/madam,
i recently had an issue with chase bank and i am completely disappointed. I went to the local branch to make a deposit through the atm like i normally do and instead of depositing my transaction it completely sucked up my cas money and gave me no receipt, no money back, nothing. I drove up and called right away to the customer service explaining what happened, they in turned said they filed a claim and that I would receive a temporary credit the next day for the amount, do an investigation and notify me. Well, i was relieved because it was going to be resolved and I would hae my money...now here we are 30 days\\\\ later they reversed the credit and said I never made a deposit------PURE BS!!! Can u believe the nerve, needless to say, I will NEVER bank with them again. :(
