Respected sir/madam,
I called customer service and asked if I could get a location so I can pay my first month phone bill. I was past the due date but I was going to pay everything in full. The first thing that the customer service person did was you have an overdue balance how would pay in visa? She did not tell me her name or the department name or anything. I knew I had a balance but they did not have to say it like that. I was really upset. I asked to speak to someone that was a manager and she transfered me to regular customer service. I am asuming she did not want to get into trouble. I then got ahold of a supervisor and that took a good 20 to 30 mins of waiting on the phone. I got on and the supervisor had an attidue and said she could not do anything about the rude customer service person and she could not make any acceptions on billing. All I wanted was a note saying I was going to pay my account in FULL the very next dahy and they said they could not do it. So I asked for her supervisor number and name and she said she could not give me his number but she could transfer me to his voicemail. I was upset she could not give me his number and I left a message from him two weeks ago and I have had no response. I am switching form sprint to t-moble and it was the worst thing that I have done regarding services...I should have stayed with sprint. When this contract is over I will be looking for another company to switch to!
