Respected sir/madam,
Numerous phone calls made to our company by Sanet Taljaard about toner cartridges that we ordered and received at an apparent discounted price of 25% a year ago (on COD) and that after an audit has been done at their company it has been established that we were not supposed to get the discount of 25% as we received only 1 cartridge instead of 3. Furthermore, they state that because of this so-called discount we received, we must now order extra toners (non-genuine cartridges at double the price of an original) or else legal action will be implemented against us.\r\n\r\nThese people are rude, and have threatened and harrassed us. Even after they were eventually told to go ahead with their so-called legal action to get them to stop calling us, the phone calls continue.
