Hi, I went to Hongkong with my wife for My Honemoon, One day during site seeing the guide henry left me and my wife alone.On contacting their headoffice they refused to provide us any kind of help.They spoiled mood and hence honeymoon.I escalated this to Consumer Council Hongkong also TIC but still No Success.They refused to provide me any kind of compensation.\r\nPlease help!
