Good day Sir / Madam\r\nMy name is Elaine Landman, I recently bought myself a new luggage suitcase to visit Turkey and paid for wrapping and all. The suitcase are in such a state that the wheels all 6 of them are broken off and the handel on the top of the suitcase is also broken off. The suitcase I bought at the end of June 2011 at Game Stores at a price of R550.00 are at no use for me anymore. I still have the till slip for the proof of purchase (if needed i will gladly forward to you.)\r\nThis is really unacceptable to get a decent bag for your flight and then have to carry the suitcase all over town from one Hotel to another.\r\nHowever I asked our Game Store for replacement and they dont want to replace the bag because of dammage coused by missused and damage coused by bad handling.\r\nI hereby request humbly for indemnification.
