Hi,\r\n\r\nThree years back, I have purchased a property block from this company. The contract was to complete the project in 24 months time with a verbal commitment of completing the project within a maximum period of 18 months. The builder also committed at the time sale that, they will be completing all the common amenities / general work before the start / completion of the first set of houses. After 36 months the status is as follows\r\n\r\n• Completion of the order - Still in progress(50% work completed). I have paid 95% of the payment\r\n• Common Amenities - No Progress / Not yet started\r\n• Contractual obligation to pay monthly rent for non completion - Builder is not responding (legal rout have to initiated for recovery)\r\n\r\nAll I could see is builder sold a very few number of properties and with the money collected from these sales the board of directors constructed their villas. I have lost a huge some of money in this project\r\n\r\nThanks
