Respected sir/madam,
I asked my mom for a favor to pay my hsbc loan bill. The first time my mom went to SM Lucena for it. The representative inform my mom that the account number of my bill is INVALID. Well she looking at the actual bill. (duh!) We thought that SM malls got this service that is CONVENIENT to customers. But guess what it\\\\s not! The representative inform my mom that she needs to contact HSBC and double check the account number. My bill was not past due. The account number is correct. (of course). The representative insist that\\\\s it\\\\s invalid and she can\\\\t do anything about it. Of course we did (still) verified the account number and it\\\\s the right account number. It\\\\s not my first payment so of course it\\\\s the right number. My mom went there the 2nd time. Unluckily she talked to the same representative and BOOM! same thing happened!!! She still insist that the account number is invalid. My mom asked to talk to her supervisor and nothing happened. The representative insist that it\\\\s a HSBC CREDIT CARD! (nuts!) she insisted that it\\\\s INVALID!!! VERY HELPFUL! KNOWLEDGEABLE REPRESENTATIVE!!! How could they hire someone like that. I already submitted a formal complaint about this rep.
