I will share something to you all, suppose this july we have bonus but boss said no because target not reach but we not loosing we just not reach the target, but UPECA Aerotech still loosing money because they just setting up the factory they use a lot money. why they get bonus I feel viet. How the management calculate.UPECA is a useless management I haven\\\\t seen before. If you are fresh graduate or have exprience cadidate, please consider for the interview only or don\\\\t waste your time interview. We are the most senior staff in upeca we seen alot of things. this company don\\\\t have more benefit and expectation, company Name and profile is nice but inside I think more worst then goverment sector.
