I recently purchased The [advertised, boxed set] of 24dvd, s Catherine Cookson collection from iOffer. When they arrived they were inferior \\\"video copies\\\"and not in a presentation box at all. I tried to get in touch with the seller but my email bounced back. They [iOffer ] sent me today another deal, I tried to email via REPLY to complain about the previous purchase. It came back that the seller has nothing to sell. How can these people get away with these things. I could do better copies than they are selling.\r\n\r\nSincerely,\r\nKen McIntosh
