Dr Gokalp performed Rhinoplasty and Otoplasty on me in one procedure. She assured me she was a very competent surgeon and how she\\\\d fixed numerous other surgeons mistakes. Both my surgeries were unsuccessful, my nose looks more crooked than before the surgery. The only thing she had done was to shave the bone down and cut down tissue rather than straighten the bone. My ears have only minimally been pinned back and they have still not healed 6 months on. Normal recovery time is 6 weeks. There is visible fold in my ears where she folded over my ear rather than cut out the extra skin.\r\nWhen I went into speak to Dr Gokalp about it she blamed me for making her nervous about the procedure because I was concerned about having a dramatic change to my looks. Isn\\\\t this what plastic surgeons are paid to do, make patients feel at ease about having a permanent change to their face? She then said she would call me back to see if she could at least fix my ears, I didn\\\\t hear from her again even after I left her a voicemail, which is extremely unprofessional. My ears are still soar and I cant sleep on my side as they are infected in the back but its difficult for me to get anyone to look at them as she performed the surgery. After 6 months I have only now started to come to terms with my surgery.
