Respected sir/madam,
\r\nOrdered a Nikon D7000 kit online then was sent an e-mail the next day stating that I had to call to \\\"Confirm\\\" the order. The confirmation was nothing but a Bait and Switch Scam. Jason talked so fast and with such an accent I could hardly understand a word he was saying, he told me that the camera I ordered was not in stock and \\\"Sold Out\\\" for 6 weeks, but that he could get me a USA model in a kit for nearly $2500.00. Jason never sent me a confirmation e-mail on what I would even get in this wonderful package but they charged my credit card and sent the package! When I got a notice from UPS that a package was coming I immediately sent them an e-mail, someone called that afternoon and told me that I had to accept the package then call for an \\\"RMA\\\" number OTHERWISE I would be charged a 10% restocking fee, plus a \\\"Refusal\\\" fee, plus shipping and handling totaling almost $400.00! So, I signed for the package when it finally arrived and called for an RMA number, that is when I was transferred to PETER the supervisor, however he told me that he was the OWNER and started to berate me verbally, he offered to credit my card back $500.00 to keep the package, then he offered me $1000.00 to keep the package, then PETER offered me $1500.00 back on my card to keep the package. Then he said he was just seeing how far I would go ? He, PETER is a liar and a cheat in the worst way, when he continued to badger and harass me I finally hung up. He called me back immediately and then started leaving multiple threatening messages on my voice mail, then PETER left a message that if I didn\\\\t call him back he would take that to mean since I \\\"hung up on him\\\" that I wanted to keep the package! I WILL NOT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GET ON DIGITAL AT WWW.GETONDIGITAL.COM EVER AGAIN!\r\nI sent the unopened package back today, we\\\\ll see what happens. I also am calling my credit card company and I see the Better Business Bureau already has several unresolved complaints. |
