Respected sir/madam,
\r\nOver the years, I have contributed thousands of dollars to this \\\"charitable\\\" organization. NEVER AGAIN. Through no fault of my own, when my personal circumstances took a nosedive, I turned to Goodwill for help in locating a job. Although I contacted them on 3 occasions, I never received even the common courtesy of a reply. After reading the complaints on this board, looks like I\\\\m better off, but I hate to seem them profit from a false image of a caring, charitable organization that helps people. Not!
