i am one of the customer who had follow the procedure of getting a new maid via this agency, however, the agency do had a court issue with philipine government since july 2011 apparently, they know philipine had block all philipine maids from coming to malaysia however this news was not being escalate to customer, so we as customer can decide if we willing to wait for the delaying the maid. i were force to wait for undefinite delaying of maid arrival since mid aug till present. I had request temporary maid since 3 weeks ago however it was not action by agent til present. The management are not willing to pay any compensation of the delaying the maid arrival and also provide temporary maid solution to the existing customer . the agent even request customer ( us) to pay rm2000 deposit to get the temporary maid. which is unacceptable. this temp maid is suppose to solve their agency mistake and why they are requesting the customer to pay the temporary maid . the owner of the agency is avoiding this issue and claimed he is in oversea. no news and no action till present.
