Respected sir/madam,
Max Cleaners has lost a pair of suit pants and after 1. They told me they would replace the entire suit, and 2. it took 6 weeks to get a claim form, and 3. the owner got involved, and 4. she claimed I did not count all of the items before I left the location, that they are not responsible! Then they offered me a token $50 to \\\"keep my business\\\" How insulting. GO ANYWHERE BUT MAX CLEANERS! Trust me! It wont be worth it to you!
