The Astrologer Jenna_delivery@aboutastro.com has emailed me stating that she debited my credit card with her following words: \\\"This is to let you know that I have now debited your credit card and have started work on your Personal Report and the other items I have promised you.\\\" That day, September 19, 2011, Astro Atoll, Begles debited my account 19.09.2011 21.09.2011 ABOUT ASTRO ATOLL, BEGLES\r\nEUR 32.64\r\nCours des devises: 1.2427 du 21.09.11 40.55\r\nFrais de traitement 1.5% 0.60\r\n41.15 amount agreed with Jenna (Astrologer) converted USD45.\r\nToday I emailed Jenna and asked about my horoscope reading. She answered that she has not been able to debit my credit card, the bank had denied the transaction! Why then did she say previously that she had debited my card!?\r\nI have a MC with Bankcoop.ch in Sion Switzerland, and the bank that handles credit cards is named Viseca.ch Customer Care Center +41 (0)58 958 84 00.\r\nI now want the amount of CHF 41.15 back in my account.
