on line banking 4 times we have had to change numbers passwords and still no joy all my wife and I want is a statement of what WE my wife and I have in our JOINT Repeat JOINT Account we have had fo 48 years with barclays I do the computing Mr A.L>SHIPTON And my wife MS V.M. SHIPTON uses her card I cut mine up as we only ever use one now all of a sudden barclays in their wisdom have blocked it we keep phoneing and get the same waffle every time the last letter we had today off of a Joanne Rawlinson ref 3752037667/7 is typical ie phone our help desk etc the phone number cannot be accessed from where WE live Check the address also all this so called security you ask for all our numbers mothers maiden names name of my cat over the phone how secure is that\r\nSo get your act together barrclays it seems a simple thing get a person to put in the computer my wifes card number and my e.mail address if it takes as long to sort this you will be asking my son or grandson for our maiden names as we will have passed away\r\nyous VERY hopefully Mr A L SHipton and Mrs V M Shipton if it is like our last complaint this will end in the basura (Spanish for dustbin)
