Never send your laundry to ETC Collection @ West Plaza Pasir Ris! I sent my expensive silk dress for drycleaning and it was returned with black patches on them! Instead of being apologetic, they claimed that the dress was stained when I sent for cleaning. For goodness sake, my dress was clear from stain when I send for drycleaning, shouldnt they write a note on the receipt if my dress was stained before sending in for drycleaning?! This is the standard practice everywhere if an apparel has stains, they would make notes on the receipt first before accepting it? Worst of all, they said this to me:\\\" Can\\\\t you wear something else then?\\\" Never patronize this store for any service, be it photocopying, alternation or drycleaning! Bad service!
