Respected sir/madam,
Mehdi Nadjar from hammersmith London is a big time SCAMMER and con artist. He\\\\s originally from I think Algeria. I made a liberty reserve transfer to him for moneybookers but he then ran away with my hard earn money.\r\n\r\nI\\\\m also enclosing a mugshot of the scammer which I found online\r\n
