Respected sir/madam,
This company is very unprofessional, they towed my car from a gated community. But the worst part is that when I went to pick it up they had damaged the car when they towed it they broke aft the front bumper and broke the fog lights. When I picked up the car I pointed the damage to them and they told me they didn\\\\t do it the car was like this before they asked if I had a picture of the car the night before and they said anyhow who cared we are not going to fix it SUE me. I asked them ok to whom do I address the documents he wouldn\\\\t give me any information Brett very rude man and very unprofessional what a pity that a business doesn\\\\t care for good reputation. I will take this to court because from what a read in the web there is more the 100 complaints about this company in the last couple of years but not sure if anyone has ever taken them to court. I feel this company need to be taught a lesson and if we don\\\\t do anything about it they will continue to abuse in fraudulent ways.
