Respected sir/madam,
After email contact with a person named Richard, I went into the purchasing process.\r\nPayed via Wire transfer ( bye bye my money) and arranged with the sales person to send it to Brazil via FEDEX. ( I payed an extra 50 bucks to made it via Fedex).\r\n\r\nAfter a few days and never heard from them, I got in contact with the sales person called Richard and he sent me via email an USPS tracking number.\r\n\r\nit happened on October 3rd, after that nobody answer on the company ( I have been trying the 800 number they have on the site 10 x a day. Also the salesperson so called Richard does not answer any message on skype .\r\n\r\nI have nothing left to do as write this complain.
