bought go kart on line...stored it under the bed for child\\\\s present..when opened complete steering assembly missing...contacted Factory Fast..they refused to help...even though this gift was for a terminally ill child...I offered to buy the steering assembly from the manufacturer, but Factory fast would not tell me who they are..I have not been able to find anyone to help since..Thelma Seymour-Smith
