I purchased a product over the phone from a TV info, was pitched a line on a coupon service and was told I would receive a envelope in the mail along with a $50 dollar gift card. That I would have 30 days to cancel. I never received anything in the mail, 30 days passed and of course the charge was posted. I did not catch the first two charges but caught the 3rd, called and canceled. I wanted my money refunded and I was told so sorry, so sad. I complained a little more and they agree to refund the latest charge, we\\\\ll see it hasn\\\\t happened yet. This was a service that represented 85 different companies, no real person to complain to same answer over and over. Do they all do the same? Someone is getting very rich. I knew better but the person went on and on and I gave in. Never again.
