Communications / Possible Scams
Respected sir/madam,
Dear Compalints Board,\r\n\r\nOrder Update 918786 Waiting for Stock end of Week: PAUL PRESTON, 14/11/2011 6:26:26 +01:00\r\nCOPY OF RECENT EMAIL\r\n\r\nTo Whom It May Concern,\r\n\r\nUnless you communicate, within 48hrs, with a resolution, refund, confirmed delivery dates etc. This can only be deemed as fraud. Scam, whatever you want to call it,\r\n\r\nYour own email is listed below, I have tried on several occasion of which I have copies to commuicate, yet without resolve.\r\n\r\nI await your responce with anticipation\r\n\r\nPaul Preston 14/11/2011 05.21 am\r\n\r\n\r\nFrom: e-Tobaccos <sales@e-Tobaccos.com>\r\nTo: Paul Preston <paul.preston4@btinternet.com>\r\nSent: Monday, 31 October 2011, 8:09\r\nSubject: Order Update 918786 Waiting for Stock end of Week\r\n\r\nwww.e-Tobaccos.com\r\n\r\nDear Paul Preston\r\n\r\nThank you for placing your order in www.e-Tobaccos.com\r\n\r\nThe status of your order 918786 has changed to Waiting for Stock end of Week.\r\n\r\nWe\r\nwere expecting to receive the stock for your order in the latest\r\nshipment from the importer, but unfortunately we have not received it.\r\n\r\nWe have three options now:\r\n\r\n1.- We continue trying to obtain\r\nit, we receive a new shipment this friday on which it could arrive.\r\n2.- You choose another suitable product from more than 1700 products in our shop.\r\n3.- We cancel the order and\r\nrefund your money.\r\n\r\nPlease let us know how you want to proceed.\r\n\r\nApologies for the inconveniences that this lack of stock from the importer might cause\r\nyou. As soon as we have more stock we will ship your order.\r\n\r\nIf you want to view your order you can do it in View My Order\r\n\r\nThank you for selecting www.e-Tobaccos.com for your shopping.\r\n\r\nKind regards,\r\n\r\nCustomer Service Department\r\nwww.e-Tobaccos.com\r\n\r\nThis is currently my status, after Paying over £130.00 is still awaiting stock. These is also an additional issues, The prices quotes, is a different price taken from credit card, now what this all about ?\r\n\r\nHaving read the various posts:\r\n\r\nQuestions: Why dont they honor there own offer of refund, why no communication, why allow problesm to esculate. All I\\\\m after is resollve, not to spend wasted hours chasing them, not to much to ask really. !!!\r\n\r\nThank you\r\n\r\nmitopp30\r\nNorthwich, UK
