Respected sir/madam,
We booked at Sun City Cabanas for the weekend and on the second night of our stay we saw a 4cm worm crawling out of the pillow. We called the front desk at 22h40 and were told that housekeeping will sort out. Had to call 3 times before security was sent. Had to call again for housekeeping. At 23h55 housekeeping arrived and said will sort out in the morning. We insisted that the linen be changed as we were not comfortable and the kids are very sensitive with allergies. Linen was brought from another room at 00h35. This is not the kind of service that we would have expected from a world class holiday resort, after spending just over R2000 a night there. This was supposed to have been a special occassion for us being our 11th wedding anniversary. All was okay until the entire weekend was ruined by poor service by the hotel.\r\nPreggy Naidoo 082 398 6579
