I paid Rodger an employee of Advocate Mashudu R3500 - under advice from Advocate Mashudu to assist in having a judgement rescinded in May of 2011. To date nothing has happened. I subsequently paid another R1000 in Sept 2011 as that was the final settlement figure. To date the judgement is still on my name and i have gone the legal way to have this done. I\\\\ve laid a charge with SAPS for Theft (CAS 967/10/2011). I have been in contact with the person that referred me to Advocate Mashud but there is constantly stories - i have also contact him via email - advocatemashudu@yahoo.com, but have yet to respond. Please help me as i subsequently discovered some shocking news about this and other deals which i can discuss but not sure if it should appear on here.
