Crystal Cruises claims that their cruises can only be purchased thru an approved travel agency - with a travel agent name required on the cruise reservation. However, that is a lie - Crystal Cruises sells direct. Now, Crystal Cruises is telling the travel agent\\\\s client that they can book direct while onboard the ship and eliminate the travel agent. Furthermore, after informing Crystal that we loved our travel agent and had been using her services for years, Crystal called me AT HOME after our trip and directly solicited my business, including future cruises already booked through our travel agent - they actually thought we would let them steal future reservations from our loyal travel agent. Cruisers and Agents - BEWARE.
