Respected sir/madam,
I worked for this company a few years ago for a few months. The managers, Andrew Rickard and Mike Indelicato as well as their team leads, have the worst vocabularies. They use chronic profanity toward their workers in meetings and regularly on the sales floor. I had to literally cover my mouthpiece a few times when I was cold calling prospects for diamond ordering. Furthermore, the reps are coerced into using over 6 different scripts in order to hound small jewelers into memo-ing diamonds. It is basically a \\\"boiler room\\\", the fringe benefits are poor, their so-called HR person screams and hollers at workers during her mood episodes, and employees are threatened daily if they do not meet Mike\\\\s grandiose sales goals.\r\nIn fact, there is a rumor that Mike made a sarcastic comment about breaking Louis\\\\s fingers over some diamond orders which did not run smoothly, in front of other staff. This rumor was repeated by Mike\\\\s lead generation rep and friend Shane to me. Furthermore, because I needed to leave work a half hour early on Wednesdays for school, Mike refused to negotiate a win-win solution by telling me that I had to sacrifice any benefits over a 0.5 hour loss. His excuse was insurance purposes. I was not allowed to stay a 0.5 hour later any other day even though others stayed more than 1 hour other days all the time.\r\nIf you see these guys advertising on CareerBuilder, Craigslist, or Monster, then avoid these guys for long-term employment. In fact, Mike wanted to terminate me for making a passive joke about his sister which was not sexual or explicit. It was actually based on incorrect info about who chose the music played in the sales room. More than likely, Mike and Andrew have convinced the floor that I was the bad guy, despite the reality of the ongoing abuse they experience.
