Respected sir/madam,
I am sick reading all these reviews - so mad I can cry right now. This company sets you up to fail. I just found out today when I called to find out the status of my cruise that my application was rendered \\\"invalid\\\" because I did not fill out the form properly. Nobody contacted me of this decision but they certainly accepted my money $598.00 for the application which I am told will be returned in 8 weeks. I am sick reading how others have not been refunded. I will blog in if I ever get this money back. I think I might pay a trip to Lake Havasu City and meet these scam artists if that is the case. Do NOT do business with this group - I am complaining to GeoHoliday for using this group for their promotionals. I complained to the BBB. I will keep you posted of our developments.
