Respected sir/madam,
I too ordered 2 garage doors, French door, front door, security door in August. The contract stated the installations would be complete by August. They just finished the Front and French door, took 14 weeks. They (nick D) said the garage doors should be in this week. When I called Friday 11-18-2011, I was told the next delivery would be Mid December, and they could not tell me if my doors would even be in that order. Who can get away with doing business like this. When I call a pleasant receptionist claims a manager will return my call. Never happens. Now they don\\\\t answer when I call.\r\n\r\nThink how long you have before they decide to do the job. They claim to manufacture all the doors, but can\\\\t tell you where they are.\r\n\r\nWith business being what it is they must be very wealthy to treat customers this way.\r\n\r\nI need 2 more doors and I will NOT consider this Company..
