Respected sir/madam,
Virgin Spa in Lonehill closed up shop completely, but I had purchased vouchers from this spa for all my staff … and I had paid for these vouchers upfront. Since some of my staff had already been for their treatments and others hadn\\\\t, I had to purchase vouchers from another spa (Life Day Spa) for the remainder to attend their treatments. Upon request for a refund for these vouchers which were never redeemed (R880), Virgin Spa said that the refund had to be claimed from the franchise owner and not from them! I disagree - who\\\\s name is it on the vouchers? VIRGIN SPA\\\\s name is on the vouchers!
