Won\\\\t return any money after I returned the product they sent me, which was the wrong product. Company will do anything they can to take your money, customer service appears friendly but was simply tricking me into waiting long enough where I could no longer take action to get my money back.\r\n\r\nI returned the item but it was missing instructions according to them. They received the item and never sent an email telling me the item was \\\"incomplete\\\" until I questioned why I had not received a credit a month later (when my statement came in). This is a 30 dollar charge they are denying because of a single sheet of paper, which I would still have had they actually told me they needed it. Will never do business with this company again and I would recommend others look else where for vaporizer products.
