Respected sir/madam,
I have a kitten who has been going to this particular hospital for her wellness check ups, shots, etc. She is now 7 mths old. However, my complaint is not only with her, but also a guinea pig my son has who suddenly became sick. When searching the websites, I learned that Ban-field was a hospital that took care of small animals, exotic, such as mine. I called spoke to the receptionist, told her what was going on, she placed me on hold, came back to the phone and I was told that there would not be a Dr. there until Friday. OK well that does not sit well with me, only because from my understanding all the vets, are to know how to and what to do with small animals such as this. And secondly it is advertised on the website that this is the #1 pet hospital for all animals. Needless to say she is not eating or drinking, looks as though she may die, and my son who has had her for three yrs. is very upset that the hospital we trusted in for all our other pets can\\\\t see her in 3 day\\\\s. There is no excuse for this, and I will no longer bring any of my pets there again, we are cancelling our plan, and decided to take them elsewhere... As for my 7 mth old cat, her last visit there was horrible, and this was the icing on the cake... DO NOT USE BANFIELD HOSPITAL!!! |
