Respected sir/madam,
I have been a regular customer of Molly Maid of North East Queens having great interactions with the maids and owners of the franchise in this area. It is terrible how the main headquarters has taken apart this franchise and is robbing the successful owners who struggled for numerous years building clients like myself and developing great relationships and now I am getting phone calls with imposters who I have never dealt with before using the same name trying to take their business away from us just because they think the name will sell. Molly maid is dispicable and inhumane and I do not reccomend it anyone in the New York area. I currently use Universal Maid service which is wonderful and timely and it gives me a peace of mind not to mention it is afforable as well.\r\n\r\n-Linda
