Respected sir/madam,
My card was charged 52.58 on 9/30/11 and as of today I have not received the product, (order #2320495). I made an inquiry 3 weeks ago, again 2 weeks ago and now today. I have not had any response from the company. Their shipments always take an unusually long time, but I think 2 months is outside the realm of reasonable. In addition, the fact that you cannot \\\"call\\\" customer service is a prime reason not to do business with that company. I regret not doing my homework prior to ordering, I would have found a more reputable source for my product.
